  1. Cook the Jasmine rice for 4 peoples in a Rice cooker, it cook for 20 minutes. For 2 cups of rice needs 6 cups of water (I love a moist rice). Cut the Pork Ribs into 1 inch, then put into a large glass bowl, add water from the tap and rinse, dry with paper towel..

Then cover top bowl with plastic gladwrap and marinade pork for an half hour.Then transfer the pork mixture into a round deep dish..

Prepare the double wide pan for use to steam.Fill the base of the pan with water half full & place the base of pan on stove, heat until the water boil.On the second pan put the round dish that has the marinade of the Pork pieces, put the lid on.Let the base pan continue boil the water for 20 minutes or till the meat is cooked,make sure that the water in the pan don't dry out otherwise burnt the base pan& so the need to refill the water to half full again & let it boil, then lower the stove temp..
  4. When the pork changed the colour, then the meat is cooked. Turn off the stove, remove the pot from the stove. Set aside. When the guest come then take the dish with the cook pork out from the second pan. Now start to make the side dish..
  5. In a wok heat 4 tbs oil then add the eggplants pieces and sauteed then add red capsicum, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, sichuan pepper, red chili & mix together, stir-fry for 7' then add 1 tbs Thai Seasoning Soya sauce, sugar, salt, crushed black peppers and stir-fry, then lastly add the potato starch to thicken. Stir-fry for 3' extra, taste the season. Remove and scoop the eggplant mixture into a big serving bowl..
